Worksheet Prototype
Compensation applications are data heavy systems in which numbers are interdependent upon one another. Worksheets on which managers view their subordinates must often resort to Excel or similar spreadsheet applications to do calculations before importing the number data.
This prototype was the result of conceptual brainstroming. One of the primary goals of this prototype is to make the worksheet more intelligent by automatically calculating compensation numbers when budgets are fixed.
